International Order Policy

Power Compatibility

Our products generally include a standard North America AC power plug (NEMA 1-15P). International orders do not include an adapter.

  • Please check the product’s Technical Specs tab to confirm if it supports a voltage range compatible with your country’s outlets.
  • Many New Future Electric products are rated 100–240V AC, making them compatible with most international outlets.
  • A travel adapter is usually required to fit the NEMA 1-15P plug into foreign outlets.
  • A voltage converter or transformer is only required if your local voltage is outside the product’s supported range.

Customs and VAT

Import customs, duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, or brokerage fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT) payable by the customer.
  • Shipping and freight companies may request payment of duties or tariffs before delivery. These fees are paid directly to the government of the receiving country.
  • If an order is returned to New Future Electric due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Packaging, Manuals, and Labels

  • Products are shipped with packaging, manuals, and labels in English only.
  • Manuals in other languages are not currently available.
  • A digital PDF version of each product’s manual can be found under the Technical Specs tab. We recommend using a translation tool for non-English languages.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and brokerage fees.
  • Shipping charges, as well as any customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs, are non-refundable.
  • Items shipped COD or with additional brokerage fees charged to us upon delivery will be rejected.

Warranty

  • We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty applies only to orders placed directly through New Future Electric.
  • If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
  • Modifications or misuse of the product may void the warranty.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to New Future Electric for warranty service.
