FREE & EASY RETURNS

At New Future Electric, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

For eligible returns within Canada, we provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label.

To request a return, please complete our return request form and provide your order information. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

• The item should include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included components.

• Proof of purchase or your New Future Electric order number is required.

Please do not send products back to us without first receiving return authorization.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, New Future Electric will cover the return shipping cost and will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Special-order or custom-order products

• Personalized or modified products

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Products that have been installed, altered, damaged, or used in a manner that prevents them from being resold, unless the product is defective

Products specifically marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Sale Items

Regular promotional or discounted items may be returned under our standard return policy unless the product is specifically identified as Final Sale.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

The product must meet the same eligibility requirements described in our Return Eligibility section.

The fastest way to receive a different product is usually to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by New Future Electric or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Items returned with missing packaging, accessories, components, or signs of use may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee or may not qualify for a full refund. Any applicable deduction will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

Free Return Shipping

New Future Electric provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible approved returns from Canadian addresses.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not qualify for free return shipping.

FOR FASTER SERVICE, PLEASE:

1. Have your order number ready.

2. Confirm your shipping address in the Comments/Questions section.

3. Provide a brief description of the reason for the return or any issue with the product.

4. If the product is damaged or defective, please include photos when possible.

The two changes I consider most important are “Final Sale” instead of all sale items being non-returnable, and replacing “up to 70% handling fee” with a reasonable restocking-fee clause. A 70% fee can make customers afraid to place the order in the first place.
